جوجل تحتفظ بمحادثاتك مع Gemini لسنوات

أوضحت جوجل في مستند دعم جديد طرق جمعها للبيانات من مستخدمي تطبيقات روبوتات الدردشة بالذكاء الاصطناعي للويب وأندرويد و iOS.

وتلاحظ عملاقة البحث أن المعلقين البشريين يقرؤون روتينيًا المحادثات مع Gemini ويصنفوها ويعالجوها من أجل تحسين الخدمة، مع أن المحادثات منفصلة عن حسابات جوجل.

وليس من الواضح إذا كان هؤلاء المعلقون داخليين أم خارجيين، وهو ما قد يكون مهمًا عندما يتعلق الأمر بأمن البيانات.

وتحتفظ جوجل بهذه المحادثات لمدة تصل إلى ثلاث سنوات، إلى جانب البيانات ذات الصلة، مثل اللغات والأجهزة التي استخدمها المستخدم وموقعها.

وتوفر جوجل الآن للمستخدمين بعض التحكم في البيانات ذات الصلة بنموذج Gemini.
